Bio

Brian Shay joined Curi Capital in 2026 as an Operations Associate. He supports the firm’s client service initiatives, helping ensure an efficient and seamless experience for clients and colleagues. 

Prior to joining Curi Capital, Brian served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic for nearly a decade, providing medical care to U.S. and multinational forces around the world. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as a medical advisor in the development of temporary hospitals, an experience that sparked his passion for operations. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. 

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time in the mountains and woodworking.
